ANISE-HYSSOP

Also called Blue Giant Hyssop. This member of the mint family is vigorous-growing, and easy to start. Perennial herb native to North America, with attractive, serrated, green leaves with distinct anise or licorice flavour. Excellent for teas, or as an addition to your salad. Gorgeous pink/purple flower spikes are an excellent beneficial insect attractant for your garden. (~100 seeds) Certified Organic when sold in BC.
