He-Shi-Ko

Also called scallions or bunching onions, these tall (40cm) green-stalked, white-rooted onions are perfect for cutting into soups, salads, etc. Very space efficient in small gardens. Left in the ground, this cultivar becomes perennial, offering the earliest spring greens for gardeners to harvest. (~300 seeds) Organic. Certified by PACS.
