This tomato was developed in the 1930s by M.C. Byles aka “Radiator Charlie”. As his radiator repair business slumped during the great depression, he cross-bred his four best tomato plants and sold the resulting seedlings for $1 each in order to pay off his mortgage. These tomatoes continue to be popular today because of their sweet, rich taste, large size, and beautiful pink-red colour. Indeterminate. Organic. Certified by PACS.
