Mild flavoured popular Japanese mustard green. Attractive, deeply serrated, feathery green leaves with slender white ribs are eaten fresh in gourmet salad mixes. Particularly favoured for cut-and-come-again culture, it regrows quickly and by staggering plantings, you can enjoy it all season long. Extremely cold hardy it will live well into late autumn.
